Sales Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Representative to join the busy team at Border Group Ltd.

As a key member of the Sales and Hire team, you will be responsible for all Loo and Barrier hires to construction and events clients. You will drive success through developing strong customer relationships, understanding their product needs, and ensuring we can meet their sale and hire requirements.

 

Job Role

As a Sales Representative your responsibilities would include:

  • Managing all sale and hire opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Processing all Loo and Barrier hire administration.
  • Managing all inbound and outbound hires.
  • Answering customer and supplier queries.
  • Resolving customer complaints and supplier issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring correct stock levels to meet customer demand and maximise sale and hire opportunities.
  • Actively explore new business opportunities.

Job Criteria

The ideal Sales Representative will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry (desirable).
  • Great customer service experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Passion to drive the business forward and increase sales and hires.

Contract Type – Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
